About Our Plans

Our pricing is per user per month. We offer reasonable discounts for firms with many users. Contact us for more information.

When you click subscribe, you will be redirected to Polar checkout (our payment processor) to enter card details. Our plans are billed monthly, and you can manage billing through the HeatWise app. If you prefer to pay by invoice, we can accommodate that too – just email contact@heatwise-hvac.com. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

What happens when I sign up?

Signing up gives you access to our online load calculator. You will then be able to create a building project and calculate loads. No software installation is required. We will also reach out by email to help you get started.

Does HeatWise require training?

No. Unlike other tools, you don't need extensive training to use HeatWise. We designed HeatWise to be simple to learn and use. HeatWise has a built-in help system to guide you through your first projects. We also offer a free video call to help you get started.

Is technical support included?

How does HeatWise compare to other software?
